Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned IT Applications Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the group CIO, your mission is to elevate our IS landscape. This role encompasses several key phases.
Initial 6 Months: Establish foundational elements for internal applications activity. Reinforce teams, collaborate with HR and Finance to understand business models, streamline processes (hire-to-retire, procure-to-pay, lead-to-cash), clean data, and simplify workflows in Netsuite and SAP SuccessFactors. Deploy Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to evaluate new implementation methods for core processes. Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each functional domain.
6-18 Months: Drive the framing, strategy, and execution of the redesigned IS landscape. Establish future-proof integrated capabilities that maximize internal efficiency and empower engineers to focus on business-specific tasks. Re-evaluate in-house development vs off-the-shelf components, rethink architecture, and structure a platform approach.
Post 18 Months: Focus on scaling and optimizing the IS landscape. Implement key application integrations, improve user experience, and drive continuous innovation. Achieve seamless data flow, enhance responsiveness to business needs, and empower functional teams.
Essential skills and experience include:
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Applications, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale application projects, including a successful deployment of a global ERP (Core Model).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how applications enhance business performance.
- Proficiency in IT, including ERPs (SAP, Netsuite, Workday), APIs, and JSON.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with French, Spanish, and Portuguese a plus.
