Job Summary:
This role is ideal for someone who wants to launch their career in IT sales, client acquisition, and consulting business development. You’ll undergo 4–8 weeks of structured training, learning about our solutions, sales strategies, and market landscape. After successful training, you’ll start engaging with clients to sell IT consulting services, identify new opportunities, and help us grow our customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and represent BuzzClan’s service offerings in AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation
- Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking
- Assist in building and nurturing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Collaborate with internal solution teams to tailor proposals and presentations
- Attend meetings, client visits, and industry events (up to 25% travel)
- Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports
Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduate with any degree or associate's degree or some experience in sales in any field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and social skills
- Street smart, driven, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
- Comfortable talking to executives and navigating complex conversations
- Strong work ethic and a passion for building client relationships
- Willingness to work onsite in Dallas during the training phase (hybrid possible afterward)
