Job Summary: As a Junior Account Executive for our Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in converting inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to respond to leads, nurture relationships, and close deals while delivering a seamless and consultative experience to prospective customers. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and passionate about the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Manage inbound leads, qualify them through discovery calls/demos, and determine their potential as sales opportunities.
- Product Demos: Conduct product demos to showcase the value of the SaaS platform, answer client questions, and align the solution to their business needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and update sales activities in CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline progress.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, provide tailored solutions, and offer strategic guidance to drive product adoption and sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with inbound leads needing additional nurturing.
- Customer Education: Educate prospects about product features, benefits, and pricing to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales Process Adherence: Maintain a strong understanding of our sales process and product offerings for the most effective sales strategy.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns for better lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales. Inside sales or inbound leads experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, self-motivated, comfortable with CRM software (HubSpot), excellent time management, strong problem-solving, and a consultative sales approach.
Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
