Full-Time Junior Account Manager

Junior Account Manager opportunity at Eurofins Food Testing. Full training provided.

Assist senior account manager in supporting GAFTA and FOSFA clients.

Key point of contact between customers and the business.

Build trusted partnerships with customers.

Home-based role (37.5 hours/week, 08:30-16:30).

Report results using ELIMS.

Advise and support customers.

Maintain up-to-date information in CRM and other company systems.

Prepare quotations with Key Account Manager to meet profit expectations and contractual obligations.

Undertake junior account management roles as needed.

Pro-actively communicate with customers to ensure effective service.

Understand customer requirements and standards, advising on best tests.

Work with Key Account Manager in setting targets, growth strategies, and improving customer relations.

Maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with current techniques, topics, and legislation.

Learn from Key Account Manager to gain knowledge and support business growth.

Learn to communicate with customers face-to-face through training and development.

Perform other duties as required.

Basic customer service knowledge.

Understanding of quality and technical standards (e.g., UKAS/ISO 17025).

Conscientious, keen to learn, collaborative, and good communication skills.

Interest in science and business.

Good IT skills.

Previous customer-facing experience (retail or other).

GCSE Science or equivalent. Valid driving license.
