Full-Time Junior Sales Analyst/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Business development around their client.
• Participate in the definition of the strategy for their client.
• Adapt the marketing material to the client’s “language”.
• Detect business opportunities.
• Ensure proper understanding of the client’s requirements and decision-making process.
• Participate in the preparation of the quotations and the negotiation process to maximize chances of winning new projects with the best possible economic terms.
• Get information about competitors.
• Promote the development of personal relations between the client’s and IDIADA’s senior managers.
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in project renegotiation if necessary.
• Diversify the product portfolio of their client.
• Document the completion of the sale and participate in the invoicing and collection process.
• Interaction with the PMs.
• Ability to share viewpoints and work as a team to define a common position.

Profile

• Experience in the area (Necessary)
• Outstanding interpersonal and solution proposal skills (Necessary)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment (Necessary)
• Ability to share their viewpoints and to work as a team to define a common position (Necessary)
• Availability to travel (Necessary)

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a closely related Engineering degree from an accredited university.

Languages

• Advanced English, basic Spanish (nice to have).
