We are seeking a strategic, technically fluent Enterprise Low-Code & Agentic Automation Solution Sales Specialist.
This role partners across Field Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Industry GTM teams.
The ideal candidate blends technical acumen in automation, AI agents, and low-code platforms with executive-level selling and orchestration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own solution strategy for low-code, workflow automation, and agentic AI use cases.
- Partner with AEs to shape multi-million dollar transformation deals.
- Drive pipeline creation through account planning and executive engagement.
- Support complex deal cycles by mapping business outcomes to platform value.
- Operate as a solution overlay across multiple stakeholders.
- Influence cross-BU alignment in environments with competing priorities.
- Coordinate technical resources, field sales, and leadership.
- Help customers define and operationalize agentic automation strategies.
- Position low-code and automation as enterprise transformation enablers.
- Engage C-suite and senior leaders in strategic conversations.
- Develop POVs and executive briefings.
- Develop repeatable solution plays and field enablement assets.
- Share field insights back into Product, Marketing, and Strategy functions.
Required Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, solution sales, or technical consulting.
- Proven success selling complex platform solutions into large enterprise accounts.
- Strong expertise in low-code platforms, workflow automation, RPA, AI agents.
- Experience operating in multi-matrixed sales organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
- Executive presence and strong storytelling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling automation or low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and enterprise governance of AI.
- Background in strategic consulting or business transformation initiatives.
