Job Details
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, affiliate/partner agreements, white-label deals, software and licensing contracts, and NDAs
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, finance, and product teams to support day-to-day business operations
- Support regulatory audits and ongoing license maintenance
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure alignment on AML, KYC, and advertising obligations
- Assist with corporate housekeeping, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining corporate records
