The Americas Lead - Field Marketing – SMB/Commercial Segment role plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing programs to enhance customer engagement and accelerate business pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives (direct mail, digital campaigns, sports & hospitality activations, 3rd party sponsorships, and executive engagement programs) to attract, engage, and convert SMB/Commercial buyers.
- Partner closely with SMB/Commercial sales teams to support demand-driving efforts, identify high-potential accounts, and align marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Effectively coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies as business needs evolve while proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Leverage partnerships and co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and engagement in SMB segments.
- Create and execute strategies to improve marketing funnel velocity and conversion rates.
- Align with Field Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure unified program execution and maximize effectiveness.
- Plan and manage end-to-end digital and scale events, ensuring seamless execution, alignment with goals, and high ROI.
- Identify and implement innovative data-driven approaches to accelerate growth.
- Serve as a key connector between marketing and business development, ensuring alignment, communication, and seamless execution of shared objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in supporting field marketing-driven pipeline in a similar role.
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and influencing key business partners.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology sector, with a focus on SMB/Commercial markets.
- Ability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Awareness of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Compensation:
$120,000-$150,000 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
