Job Details
Join Quadient’s demand generation team, driving sales through data-driven insights and outbound prospecting. As a Lead Generation Representative, you'll support our Field Sales Representatives by identifying sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls (120-140 daily calls)
- Develop and implement action plans to optimize results
- Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers
- Build relationships and communicate effectively across teams
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
