Full-Time Lead Salesforce Administrator

Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive scalable, efficient, and data-driven go-to-market operations.

The ideal candidate will combine passion for problem-solving with deep systems expertise and cross-functional collaboration to fuel business growth, enable team efficiency, and deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and continually improve systems and processes to scale with growing sales and customer success teams.
• Act as a lead Salesforce administrator; design, build, and manage integrations with connected systems and apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on business and operational problems; develop specifications and technical designs to meet requirements.
• Regularly audit and proactively identify data integrity issues and develop automated data cleansing solutions.
• Own documentation, training materials, and team/user enablement for Salesforce processes and integrated systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing sales operations or revenue operations, including 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment (B2B software companies preferred).
• Proven experience with systems, integrations, and tools for sales, marketing, and customer operations (Outreach, Intercom, HubSpot).
• Demonstrated Salesforce declarative capabilities (workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows).
• Apex development experience is a plus.
• Masterful cross-functional collaborator and relationship-builder.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, pattern recognition, information processing, and data-driven decision making.
