We are looking for Solution Engineers to join our CX business unit in North America, focusing on Enterprise and Strategic segments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Enterprise and Strategic customers to address their business challenges.
- Support sales by conducting discovery calls and demos.
- Gather requirements to define customer problems.
- Create and deliver engaging demos and Proof of Concepts.
- Guide sellers and the RFP team in executing and responding to RFPs.
- Articulate Freshworks solution value to diverse audiences.
- Embrace lifelong learning and skill development.
- Evangelize the Freshworks platform.
- Experience: 6-8 years Solution Engineering experience.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
- Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to execute onsite workshops with diverse customer groups.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, experience in selling CX and CRM solutions (Telephony, Chat, WFM, Sales Automation, Case Management).
- Plus: Experience in selling AI solutions, Proficiency in Spanish
