Job Details
Preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts. Supervision over record-keeping of contracts and corporate documents.
Legal support, civil law and copyright law.
Preparation of responses to legal inquiries.
Drafting and verification of formal documents.
Participation in corporate standard creation and best practice implementation.
Developing legal solutions regarding Autenti services in Poland or EU countries.
Leading corporate matters, foreign entity agreements, intra-group relations.
Reviewing contracts and negotiating with corporate and enterprise sectors.
Minimum 6 years in-house experience, B2B contracts, GDPR, contract review skills.
Strong knowledge of Polish law (corporate and civil law).
Interest in new technologies.
Project management and workload prioritization.
Analytical thinking, learning quickly.
Fluent Polish and English (C1).
Team player, ambitious, and dynamic personality.
Hands-on attitude, excellent communication, leadership potential.
