Full-Time Legal Counsel

• Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements globally.
• Template Management: Draft and update templates for industry-specific agreements.
• Compliance: Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Corporate Governance: Assist in corporate governance matters.
• Employment Support: Provide support on employment-related matters.
• Legal Monitoring: Monitor and assess new regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain legal documentation and record-keeping.
• Dispute Resolution: Assist in handling legal disputes.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide legal support to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Qualified solicitor.
• 2+ years’ experience in a top or mid-tier law firm with experience in corporate, commercial, IT and data protection.
