Full-Time Legal Counsel

About the Role

Printful and Printify, a global on-demand powerhouse, is seeking a driven Legal Counsel. This role requires working across both platforms and brands.

Daily Tasks

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and providing legal advice on US and international commercial contracts (sale of goods, SaaS, licensing, partnerships, supplier agreements).
• Understanding and managing key legal risks and concerns.
• Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and other teams.
• Supporting business teams for establishing, reviewing, and managing internal processes.
• Active participation in calls, assisting in contract negotiations, and providing legal/commercial guidance.
• Providing legal advice on international legal and commercial matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.

Qualifications

• University degree in law from an accredited university, with the right to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years experience in-house or at a law firm (preferably both).
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with enterprise-level sales, SaaS, licensing, and supplier agreements is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and business English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with legal technology, and willingness to learn about the print-on-demand and e-commerce industries.
• Attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to manage business-related legal issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• US market experience or international company experience in a legal capacity is a plus.

• Monthly salary of 2900 - 3400 EUR gross.
