Full-Time Legal Counsel

• As a trusted partner, ensure compliance with labor law obligations, draft/update policies, handle employment matters.
• Collaborate on personal data protection compliance.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for products across international markets.
• Manage intellectual property portfolio.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, especially in IT, partnerships, and service delivery.
• Define and implement cross-departmental contract management processes.
• Contribute to training on legal risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and admission to the Quebec Bar (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial law.
• Experience in privacy law is an asset.
• Strong teamwork, autonomy, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
• Rigor, commitment, curiosity, and proactivity.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Creativity in proposing legal solutions.
• Motivation for excellence and innovation.
