Full-Time Legal Counsel, Global Employment Law

• Help build a culture of high performance and great inclusion.
• Deliver business-oriented advice on employment law issues.
• Manage legal strategy for responses to administrative agency charges and inquiries.
• Direct thorough investigations into allegations of improper workplace conduct.
• Partner with ServiceNow’s Global People Team to create scalable and compliant policies.
• Develop and deliver best-in-class employee-related training.
• Partner with other members of the Global Employment Law team on global projects.
• Deliver practical guidance to ServiceNow’s Global People Team in relation to all applicable state and federal employment laws.
• Contribute to and influence the development of ServiceNow’s own Legal Services Delivery products.

• A strong work ethic, exceptional judgment, and uncompromising integrity
• A law degree with strong academic credentials
• Current membership in a US state bar in good standing
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience practicing employment law
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong and deep working relationships with internal stakeholders over multiple geographical locations
• Ability to understand complex issues, assess risk and provide concise, actionable, business-focused legal and risk mitigation advice and counsel
• A practical, proactive, collaborative and business-focused approach to problem solving with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgement
