About the RoleAs a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent at Roamly, you'll educate our community on RV insurance options and help them select the right coverage. You'll advocate for customers, shape product decisions, and drive top-notch customer service. You'll be the go-to expert for our adventurous community!
Requirements
- Current General Lines Property & Casualty Agent License (renewal handled by Roamly)
- Insurance experience preferred, but new agents welcome
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Strong commitment to results and exceeding customer expectations
- Passion for sales and a "can-do" attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Quote and sell Personal Lines & Commercial insurance
- Cross-sell Roamly's RV protection products
- Handle high volume of calls with a positive approach
Schedule
Flexible hours between 9 AM and 6 PM CST, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability as needed.

Compensation
All licensed agents will start at a base salary of $40,000 and $70,000 OTE. Potential for increased base and variable pay after exceeding quota.
