Full-Time Licensed Property & Casualty Agent

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls and demonstrating product knowledge/benefits.
• Generating sales leads and cross-selling insurance products.
• Generating new insurance quotes.
• Understanding client needs and exceeding expectations.
• Building relationships through communication.
• Providing accurate information using company tools.
• Following up to close sales and/or ensure resolution.
• Record customer interactions, process accounts and file documents.

Compensation:

• Training Pay (first 22 days): $15/hour
• Production Pay: $16/hour base + up to $6/hour bonus (based on attendance/performance)
• Potential to earn up to $22/hour

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.
• 1 year experience in customer service, call center or insurance agency.
• Sales experience (any industry).
• Strong motivation, goal-oriented approach.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated workspace and noise-canceling headset.
