We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a results-oriented focus who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Develop and implement scalable legal solutions for regulatory and contractual compliance, resolving third-party subpoenas, disputes, and inquiries.
- Manage global commercial litigation, from initial demand to final resolution, including risk assessments, financial impact analysis, and solutions.
- Manage outside counsel and budgets, advising on document retention and e-discovery.
- Support Employment Law and Intellectual Property teams.
- Track and report on investigations, litigation, and disputes.
- Monitor legal developments impacting the SaaS and technology industries, providing proactive responses and training materials.
Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school and active bar membership.

- Expertise in legal risks and regulations for SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of laws governing multinational SaaS companies.
- Experience managing disputes, providing risk assessments, and drafting legal documents.
- Experience in developing, drafting, and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
- Highly agile, results-oriented, and resilient with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
