Full-Time Lowe's Territory Sales Rep

The Territory Sales Rep drives the growth of Diamond and other MasterBrand cabinet lines within Lowe's stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive MasterBrand cabinet sales within Lowe's stores.
• Capture market share by promoting MasterBrand products.
• Provide product knowledge and training to in-store designers.
• Mentor designers to improve selling skills.
• Foster relationships with designers to advocate for MasterBrand.
• Collaborate with designers for closing sales.
• Conduct sales visits to stores every 3-4 weeks.
• Travel frequently within the territory, occasional overnight stays.
• Address customer concerns.
• Manage product placement and receipt (lift up to 40 lbs).
• Build effective relationships and influence others.
• Manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Growth mindset, learn about MasterBrand products.

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Familiarity with design software is beneficial.
