Your Role at SIXT

• Participate in a structured one-year Leadership Development Program covering Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and People Management, with exposure to both airport and downtown branches.
• Provide exceptional premium customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Support and drive branch sales, fostering customer enthusiasm and satisfaction.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle management, performance metrics, and fleet optimization.
• Ensure the branch's appearance and operations meet corporate standards.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline operations and analyze branch KPIs to recommend improvements.

Your Skills Matter

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, customer service, and management
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future
• Travel Requirements: Travel within a 50-mile radius of the branch location
• Age and Driver's License: 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
