What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of CEMs.
- Provide tactical and strategic guidance for exceptional customer service.
- Drive CEM strategy and customer deliverables.
- Achieve quarterly revenue goals.
- Maintain and report customer health and project status.
- Work with TAM leaders to drive customer outcomes.
- Identify and activate strategies to grow value within accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key teams (Deal Desk, Legal, Operations).
- Act as an escalation point for at-risk customers.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years experience as a CSM, CEM, PM, or related customer-facing revenue role.
- 3+ years managing post-sales customer success or services roles.
- Proven track record of mentoring high-performing revenue teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
Location: Eastern Time Zone.
