Marketing Manager I
What does a Marketing Manager I do?
Serve as the linchpin in executing diverse marketing projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Lead internal/external day-to-day operations and tactical projects (low-to-medium complexity).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure meticulous planning, implementation, and timely delivery within budget, adhering to quality and process standards.
Drive successful initiatives, foster client and agency relationships.
Co-own projects with senior Account and Project Management staff.
Develop comprehensive project plans and deliver submissions for regulatory review.
Qualifications
- Proven track record and agency experience.
- Experience in regulated environment (preferred).
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable field
- 2-5 years of experience in Account and/or Project Management.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and organized self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Client service mindset and client/agency liaison experience.
- High performance in fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of foundational project management skills and standards.
- Understanding of scope and change management.
- Familiarity with project burn analysis, communication, action and mitigation.
- Experience building timelines and project estimates.
- Basic understanding of Project Management Information Systems (Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships (internal/external).
- Positive attitude.
