Job Details
The Comoto Rider Support Team is looking for Motorcycle Product Support Representatives.
Compensation: $15-$18/hr. Eligible for performance-based increase after 4 months. Additional compensation via sales incentives, seasonal incentives, overtime, attendance bonuses, and yearly company bonus.
Start date: February 2, 2026. Training is Monday to Friday day shift. After 9 weeks, team members may transition to a new schedule, including weekends. Remote work is possible for those not near Ormond Beach, FL; Philadelphia, PA; or North Las Vegas, NV.
Focus on candidates with metric bike experience, especially sportbike and ADV riders!
This role combines Product Specialist, Customer Service, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with fitment, application, selection, and installation of parts and accessories.
- Advise on safety gear.
- Help customers place orders.
- Learn about motorcycle parts, riding, racing, dirt biking, and bike modification.
- Work with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be detail-oriented and proactive.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
