Our commercial team is focused on customer centricity—led by our leadership team through behaviours and goals, we aim to build even stronger relationships with our retailers. As a result, a National Account Executive is required for our Commercial team.
As a NAE at Valeo Foods, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring our products are optimally positioned within the retail and food service sectors.
Achieve all volume, value & profit targets in line with budget objectives.
Customer point of contact to develop the business across both brand & private label.
Collaborate with Marketing and Category to develop, agree, and execute a multi-year channel-specific product, pack, and pricing plan to drive profitable share growth for Brands and via strategic Own Brand contracts.
Support and facilitate SNAM and NAMs.
Develop and nurture relationships with all Key accounts, improve Customer Engagement YOY, and maintain a clear contact strategy supported by all relevant Valeo contacts.
Drive improvements in the relevant AGS survey results.
Collaborate closely across all functions such as R&D, Technical & Operations.
Deliver shopper marketing execution happens to agreed 4P standards.
Collaborate with other NAM across the Customers/Channel to ensure customer relationships are connected & managed in a joined-up approach.
Input into UK Customer Business Planning & Spend.
Understand customer needs and link the benefits of the company’s proposal to meet those needs. Identify and qualify the variables and possibilities for the negotiation. Adopt a learning approach to development.
Has a basic operational understanding of customer, channel, and market.
Demonstrates a good understanding of the key POP initiatives that affect Valeo presence with the customer / consumer.
Delivery of forecasting accuracy within agreed MADB and financial commitment.
Top line growth ahead of market, as measured by MS%.
Execution of distribution and display objectives consistent with budget and annual plan.
