We're looking for a technically savvy, customer-obsessed team member to join Pulley's Professional Services team. This role sits at the intersection of equity expertise and product fluency, helping startups set up and manage their cap tables accurately from day one.
What you'll do
- Lead and Execute Technical Client Implementations: Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new customers, managing complex cap table migrations
- Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform.
- Equity Administration: Support clients in implementing, and administering equity plans (option pools, RSUs, ESPPs). Provide guidance on data integrity, vesting schedules, and compliance.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Solution Design: Investigate complex issues spanning data integrity, platform functionality, and integrations. Identify, triage, and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
