Join our dynamic team! As a key member of the Business Development team, the Operations Specialist for Events/Programs brings the Comoto brand to life at the grassroots level.
You'll support our smaller programs, selling, and non-selling events where our family of brands (RevZilla, Cycle Gear, J&P Cycles, Common Tread, and REVER) has a presence.
Beyond grassroots events, you'll ensure larger, often complex, co-op programs with our vendors are executed perfectly. This role reports to the Manager of Sponsorships, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing and collaborates closely with multiple teams.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Execution & Logistics: Serve as the main point of contact with event organizers and vendors.
- Deliver Complex Partnerships: Take the lead on the operational delivery of co-op obligations.
- Bring the Event to Life: Manage event operational readiness.
- Coordinate Internal Delivery: Oversee execution and tracking by entering internal tickets.
- Collaborate & Plan: Work with the Manager to plan, operationalize, and execute Comoto’s presence at industry events.
What You'll Need:
- A Motorcycle Rider.
- Relevant Experience: 2+ years in Brand Marketing Operations, eCommerce, retail operations, logistics, event management, or customer service.
- Organizational Strength: Ability to bring an event or complex program to life.
- "Start-up Mentality": Comfortable building processes and adapting quickly.
- Communication Pro: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
