Full-Time Outbound Phone Sales Specialist

What You Will Do:Work in a growing, fast-paced industry to help guide families on their search for senior living communities, while working remotely from home.Make outbound calls to follow up with families throughout the search process, providing referrals, scheduling tours, and offering support through the decision-making process for families and communities.NO COLD CALLS!Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.

Required Skills and Competencies:Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred.Ability to multi-task (phone and computer).Ability to manage a large lead base.No senior living industry experience required.

Schedule:Work with your Regional Manager to establish a 40-hour work schedule.Schedules are set based on business needs, may include evenings, and end-of-month requirements.

Compensation:Base Salary: $48,000 ($23.07/hr).On Target Earnings: $68,323+ (Uncapped).Benefits: 401(k) with match, dental, health, vision, paid time off.
