What you’ll do

  1. Identify new strategic partnerships and scale existing ones.
  2. Enhance and accelerate Pindrop’s GTM and relationships with partners.
  3. Own channel revenue and execute sales strategies with and through channel partners.
  4. Own a Pipeline Target and build a qualified Pipeline of Partner Sourced Opportunities.
  5. Structure, negotiate, and close partnerships to meet objectives.
  6. Be a strong member of the Direct Sales Team and help connect Sales and Partner teams.
  7. Establish and nurture relationships with key partners.
  8. Work cross functionally internally and externally to support key initiatives.
  9. Work with leadership to define revenue and achievement goals.
  10. Develop comprehensive business plans with Partners outlining strategy, execution, and governance.
  11. Represent Pindrop and partner organizations at events and present as needed.
  12. Assess current partner/channel landscape in light of growth plans.
  13. Recruit new Partners to meet evolving marketplace needs.

Your skill-set

  • 5+ years of partner sales experience
  • 10-15+ years of total professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent
  • Success closing partner deals of $1M+ in first year revenues
  • Expertise in bringing new partnerships
  • Expertise in strategic partnership structures
  • Expertise with cloud companies, SaaS companies, global telco carriers, and contact center technologies
  • Understanding of partner, channel, and GSI (IBM, Capgemini, etc.) landscape
  • Experience with Amazon and Google
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Ability to identify product needs critical for partner success
  • Successful consultative selling, business development, executive influence, and contract negotiation
  • Ability to articulate solution value proposition and establish senior executive sponsorship
