As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving partner success by ensuring partners are fully enabled and capable of delivering to our standards.

Your mission will be to assist partners through their various implementations. You will be their trusted technical advisor and central point of contact to identify key technical strategies, improve product usability, expand product adoption, increase customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

This position requires an understanding of partner strategies, outstanding project management skills, a partner-first mindset, and ERP technical skills.

As a Partner Success Manager, you will become the trusted product technical advisory of our clients and partners to identify key technical strategies that will unlock business value for clients and improve product usability, expand product adoption, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will learn how Partner Success processes currently work and what pain points people face in their day-to-day responsibilities. Use your technical and product expertise to leverage product value, product usage expansion and generate new use cases.

Identify key technical strategies that will unlock business value.

Become an internal advocate of partners and bring the voice of the partner into the rest of the organization.

Develop and implement a customized success plan for each Services partner, with clear goals, training schedules, and action items.

Establish regular cadence to monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborate closely with the Technical Support, Product and Engineering teams to deliver meaningful outcomes via our partners and increasing business value to our clients.

Good practice advisory on the connected landscape (e.g.: API, Webservices, ERP Integration KIT, etc.)

You can reach out to partners and interact with users.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as technical customer support or technical consultant in the area of ERP.

Proficiency in project management and an ability to multitask across various partner needs.

Committed to driving a healthy and connected product.

Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.

Hands-on experience with complex product integrations.

Takes high degree of accountability and reliability over their work.

Ability to lead through knowledge and transparency.

Can discuss technical subjects with Technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in a similar customer-centric technical role delivering technical solutions in a consultative role.

Technical knowledge of industry standard practices for implementing integrations (e.g.: file feeds, API, webhooks, IDS, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Eager to learn and to continuously develop a structured & fact-based work approach.

Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills and fluent in English (verbal and written). Additional European language(s) is considered an advantage.
