The People Business Partner will be strategically and operationally involved in multiple HR disciplines, including workforce planning, talent management, total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion. This role will partner with business leaders to deliver business objectives, focusing on talent needs, development, and engagement.
This individual needs strong experience and a results-driven approach. They are an advocate for all employees, aligning People initiatives with business objectives to deliver value-added service. This role will also strengthen the senior leadership team through coaching and counsel.
This role supports Finance, Data & Analytics, IT, Product Engineering, and Technology.
How you'll add value:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop workforce strategies for assigned client groups, championing business outcomes and employee experience.
- Leverage business acumen and analytical skills as a trusted advisor and people partner, offering guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
- Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and provide proactive solutions to align people strategies with business strategies.
- Provide advice and counsel on employee relations matters (performance management, discipline, policies, salary, legal compliance, etc.)
- Recommend new approaches, best practices, policies, and procedures to improve business objectives, productivity, and employee experience.
- Drive talent management initiatives (talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, compensation).
- Support building leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and talent management.
- Partner with the People Team and business leaders to identify skills and competencies needed for future success.
- Update and maintain reports related to organizational plans, talent assessments, performance, and employee relations.
- Navigate a rapidly changing and growing organization.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to understand trends.
- Escalate risks and concerns diligently.
- Participate in departmental and organizational projects.
What you'll need to be successful:
- 5+ years demonstrated HR business partner experience in high-growth organizations
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Working knowledge of HR disciplines (workforce planning, talent management, compensation, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, employment law)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to resolve employee relations matters, provide feedback, and navigate sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP)
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000
