Full-Time Physician Relations Specialist

Physician Relations Specialist will conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellows to gather recruitment information for physician healthcare organizations.

• Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain contact info and practice desires.
• Place outbound calls regarding future practice opportunities.
• Connect with residents/fellows on social media.
• Inform physicians about PracticeMatch career resources.
• Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
• Meet daily/weekly call quota and physician interview targets.
• Achieve 80-100 daily calls.
• Strong listening and professional phone communication skills.
• LinkedIn experience.
• Self-motivated and assertive to achieve goals.
• Experienced with a sales approach toward gatekeepers.
• Outbound call experience (preferred).
• High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support (preferred).
• Efficient communication skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail for data entry.
