Full-Time Physician Relations Specialist

Physician Relations Specialist will conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and physicians to gain recruitment information for physician healthcare organizations.

Essential Duties:

• Complete phone interviews with physicians to collect contact information and practice desires.
• Place outbound calls regarding practice opportunities.
• Connect with residents/fellows on social media.
• Inform physicians about PracticeMatch's resources.
• Handle inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
• Meet daily/weekly call quota and physician interview targets.
• Make 80-100 calls per day.

Required Skills:

• Excellent listening and phone communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn.
• Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Sales experience with "gate-keepers."
• Outbound call experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail for data entry.
