What you'll be doing:

  • Collaboration is key as you work closely with BDMs, Marketing and the Executive team to project manage proposal responses and oral presentations.
  • You'll be responsible for managing tasks, timelines, and team activities to ensure on-time and high-quality submissions.
  • You'll engage company-wide resources to support bids effectively. Leveraging support from Marketing and Graphic Design, you'll improve and accelerate proposal and oral presentation development.
  • Assemble and review proposals for accuracy and compliance in layout, formatting, and required documents.
  • Perform technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Develop creative collateral for proposals, executive summaries, and presentations with our in house Graphic Designer
  • Develop and Manage a RFP ‘Knowledge Library’ to support tenders
  • Develop and Manage a ‘Data Library’ to support tenders
  • Champion Data Integrity: Advocate for data hygiene, identify pipeline issues, and recommend corrective actions
  • Collect, Analyse and present data in easy to read formats for customers

You'll have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales support, ideally within a Professional Services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams and winning proposals
  • Passion for supporting sales operations and strong coaching abilities
  • Expertise in project management of sales pursuits, bid management, and proposal development
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage RFP response templates
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Exceptional proposal and presentation development abilities with great data analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal English)
  • Highly developed skills in prioritisation, organisation and time management along with an ability to work independently and unsupervised in order to meet deadlines
