The Role This Principal Solution Architect, Core Business Workflows is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflows’ Solutions based on best practices to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes. Solutions include HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, Employee Service Management and Finance/Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities (presentations, solutioning, scoping, estimating).
- Lead engagement project teams for successful customer outcomes, focusing on workflow application interconnectivity and governance best practices.
- Interact with senior leadership and CXOs on implementation roadmaps and change management.
- Develop and publish customer use cases for broader consumption.
- Establish strong relationships with product owners and stakeholders to promote solutions capabilities.
- Lead office hours, presentations, webinars and other learning events.
- Promote continuous improvement in delivery materials.
- Mentor ServiceNow delivery team members and partners.
- Up to 50% travel.
Requirements
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
- 8+ years of consultation/configuration experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
- 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow Workflow Solutions.
- Vast experience with leading HR, Legal, Workplace/Facility, and Finance/Supply Chain operations/technology.
- Ability to influence and consult senior leaders on business process and technical problems.
- Customer-centric mentality, strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience developing design documents and conducting solutions presentations.
- Strong presentation and engagement skills (in-person/remote).
- Passion to learn new technologies and functionalities.
- ServiceNow Certifications (required or must achieve within 60 days): Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources, HR Professional Suite Certification, Delivery Accreditation – Legal Service Delivery, Delivery Accreditation – Workplace Service Delivery, Supplier Lifecycle Operations Accreditation, Sourcing and Procurement Operations Accreditation, Accounts Payable Operations Accreditation.
- ServiceNow Certifications (desired or must achieve within 120 days): Certified Technical Architect.
