Role: The Industry Marketing team is at the forefront of our company’s growth. We seek a passionate marketer to define the best program of action to excite and mobilize the Financial Services industry relative to ServiceNow. In this role, you will distill our platform and products into compelling value propositions. Your role in helping us to reimagine the future of work will require thought leadership, action-orientation, commitment to excellence and incredible teamwork. Reports to the Sr. Director, Industry Marketing.
What you get to do in this role:
- Define ServiceNow’s value proposition for Financial Services products and solutions globally.
- Create narratives for key buying centers.
- Fuel the growth of Financial Services by contributing to scale marketing and selling motions.
- Optimize motions for product target personas, aligned to mission areas and solutions, sales maturity, market maturity and solution-market fit.
- Fuel the growth of our Financial Services Products and solutions (Risk, IT, HR, and Innovation) by carving a path to market.
- Provide input to compelling content across a variety of asset types (research, white papers, presentations, data sheets, etc.) and communication platforms.
- Identify, validate and develop cross-organizational use cases for our products and solutions.
- Drive scale efficiencies across ServiceNow.
- Act as a spokesperson for ServiceNow products and solutions.
- Support key conferences and regional events.
- Develop and deliver sales training content.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 6+ years of technology product marketing experience with a majority of time spent marketing to financial services firms.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Customer-driven, empathy for customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to perform in public speaking roles.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Comfortable with social media and community participation.
- Up to 15% travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
