Assystem is seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major digital transformation program in the nuclear sector.
Working with our client, you will drive the transition and integration of Siemens Teamcenter and Polarion PLM platforms across multiple geographies and disciplines.
You will lead a high-calibre, multi-national delivery team, managing stakeholders from across engineering, IT, and business functions to implement a modern PLM ecosystem, integrated with ERP, P6, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the PLM transformation program in close collaboration with the client's PMO.
- Set and manage program governance, risks, budget, and KPIs.
- Drive the transition from incumbent suppliers, ensuring knowledge capture, continuity, and minimal disruption.
- Coordinate Agile-based delivery cycles (Program Increments & sprints), including design, development, go-live, and adoption.
- Facilitate Steering Committees, flash reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee change management and ensure end-user adoption and training are embedded into the deployment process.
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations and industry best practices across UK, France, and Italy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Programme/Project Management experience in large, complex digital transformation programs (ideally in PLM, preferably in Siemens Teamcenter).
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably nuclear, aerospace, defense, or energy.
- Demonstrable Agile delivery expertise, including sprint-based planning and iterative deployments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse and distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of digital toolsets for engineering and enterprise system integration (e.g., PLM, ERP, PPM).
- Familiarity with export control, ISO standards, and data governance.
Desirable Qualifications
- Prince2, MSP, PMI or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile PM credentials
- MBA or relevant post-grad qualification
- Engineering or IT background
