Project Coordinator to support business development initiatives.
Manage project documentation, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure client engagement.
Support Client Engagement Managers in daily functions, deploying personnel to Life Science organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Support and implement client execution plans.
- Manage onboarding (Roster Management, Concur setup).
- Support cross-functional teams (CRM, Incentive Compensation, Data, Reporting).
- Document project strategies, maintain team communication.
- Evaluate business opportunities, remove organizational barriers.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for operational execution.
- Manage post-win documentation in Salesforce.
- Monitor project activities, risks, and issues for timely progress.
- Participate in status review meetings and formal project reviews.
- Drive issues to resolution, escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Ensure administrative needs and project interdependencies are managed.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proactively manage bias in team interactions and decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Participate in annual goals and objectives, performance evaluations.
- Utilize automated systems, strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in client services, operational management, or account manager role.
- Knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations.

Salary: $67,500 - $80,000
