Job Description: A detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support business development initiatives.
This role involves managing project documentation, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring effective client engagement.
Support the Client Engagement Managers in daily functions, supporting deployment of personnel to Life Science organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and provide project management support to the Client Engagement team.
- Oversee onboarding activities (Roster Management, Concur setup).
- Support cross-functional teams (CRM, Incentive Compensation, Data, Reporting).
- Document project strategies and maintain clear communication among team members.
- Evaluate business opportunities, identifying and removing organizational barriers.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for operational execution.
- Manage post-win documentation in Salesforce.
- Monitor project activities, risks, and issues to ensure timely progress.
- Participate in status review meetings and project reviews.
- Drive issues to resolution with Client Engagement team and SMEs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Ensure administrative needs are met and manage project interdependencies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proactively manage bias.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Participate in annual goals and objectives process and contribute to performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in client services, operational management, or account manager role.
- Knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations.
