Job Details
We are seeking a Quoting Executive to manage and complete inquiries from various channels, product sectors, and end-markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring the highest level of customer service by providing accurate and timely quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage quotations for LGC Standards catalog products.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and availability.
- Ensure controlled substance orders comply with guidelines.
- Track and report on customer support performance metrics.
- Promote LGC-manufactured products in quotation requests.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in IFS ERP.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-focused attitude with a strong understanding of quoting and order processing.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or quoting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP systems (especially IFS).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
