Plus Power is seeking a Real Estate Counsel to join the Legal team, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Real Estate. This role supports legal drafting for site acquisition, real estate de-risking, and project financings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating real property agreements.
- Resolving complex title and survey issues.
- Supporting site acquisition closings.
- Providing legal support for project financings and tax equity investments.
- Overseeing local counsel.
- Qualifications:
- JD required.
- 3-5 years in commercial real estate law.
- Experience drafting and negotiating real property agreements.
- Title and survey review experience.
- Experience with project financings is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
