- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent needs.
- Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

What you bring to the team:
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
⦁ Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
⦁ Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
⦁ Strong attention to detail
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Time management and organization skills which work both for you as an individual and within a team setting.
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree Business or a related field.
- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience in the healthcare or staffing industry.
