Full-Time Region Pricing Manager

Summary: The Region Pricing Manager ensures pricing matrices are loaded accurately and timely into the ERP system, supporting region sales teams. They serve as the main contact for pricing inquiries, provide reporting, troubleshoot pricing issues, and communicate with suppliers.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze pricing and margin data to recommend updates for margin improvement.
• Work SPA expiration reports with sales and management to ensure timely renewals.
• Monitor vendor price increases and adjust resale pricing.
• Identify and correct system resale pricing errors in ERP.
• Measure key pricing metrics and take appropriate actions.
• Become an expert on all pricing software systems.
• Conduct sales training on improving profitability.
• Conduct pricing reviews and audits, focusing on customer-specific pricing, matrices, SPA utilization, and override rates.
• Assist with setting up new customer-specific price matrices.
• Assist sales managers with customer segmentation.
• Work on special projects, analysis, or reports as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School or GED - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication, team building and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated orientation to challenge the status quo and initiate change
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and solution-oriented
