A career that lets your passion shineAs Regional Director hotel performance Asia Pacific for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, you will lead the strategy across all luxury segments to execute revenue targets in alignment with the group's visions & goals and values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with Operations and build trusted business partnerships in region.
- Support RSVPOs in all manner of hotel performance excellence with a focus on quality and commercial delivery.
- Engage with Owners as required and Key Stakeholders in an ambassadorial capacity.
- Develop the hotel commercial teams to release their full creative potential in achieving the highest possible revenue.
- Optimize value and service for clients.
Key Success Factors:
- Provide strategic direction on driving hotel performance excellence, particular focus on sales delivery, loyalty contribution, and TARS contribution.
- Ensure credibility and attend owners meetings as required with the regional SVPO.
- Assist in the recruitment and validate the appointment of senior sales, distribution, and loyalty roles in hotels.
- Contribute to the critical path to support new hotel openings/de-flagging of hotels.
- Coordinate with the Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems team and the broader Accor organization.
- Be the interface to the global sales organization.
- Strong coordination with luxury sales.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Strategy: Contribute to strategy for each hotel, provide guidance on Sales & Marketing, conduct hotel business reviews.
- Budget: Participate in annual budget and marketing plan process, validate sales/loyalty budgets, manage new developments, oversee pre-opening Sales & Marketing.
- Drive Performance & Quality: Work with relevant teams to drive Topline performance, support CSR initiatives, develop tactical campaigns, monitor hotel quality KPIs, contribute to brand standards.
- People & Relations: Act as brand ambassador, interact with Owners, participate in hiring process, maintain a talent network.
What you will bring to the role:
- Five+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English (other Asian languages are desirable).
- Strategic, creative, and excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, capable of setting goals and standards, and an effective management style.
- Bottom-line oriented with emphasis on quality guest service and team-building.
