The Solution Sales Manager will oversee market success of ServiceNow's IT Asset and Portfolio Management products for State and Local Government Agency and Higher Education customers in the Central and Western US Region. (This is a remote-based role.)
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting territory strategy and planning for improved vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
- Providing input to Account Executives (AEs) during account planning based on territory strategy and recommendations.
- Ensuring recommendations to territory strategy and account planning align with Now Value principles.
- Supporting customers in envisioning digital transformation value and developing strategies by partnering with the account team, customer, and partners.
- Collaborating with Solution Consultants (SCs) and Specialist SCs on Capability Roadmap feedback and agreements.
- Coaching AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
- Customizing time allocation of responsibilities to meet territory and account team needs and celebrating successes.
- Championing diversity and belonging to create an open and inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in return on investment of specialty solutions to lead solution wins.
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
- Understanding of business sales processes.
Travel: 50%.
