About this JobNPI is a product attribution solution enabling market measurement through claims, certifications, and ingredient-level product characteristics. Used with NIQ's sales data and panel insights, NPI helps retailers and manufacturers drive growth and innovation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet country-level financial targets, focusing on Canada and Western Europe.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
  • Oversee financial planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with NIQ internal functions to support sales strategies.
  • Provide customer feedback and competitive intelligence for solution innovation and process improvement.
  • Support team and corporate growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning events.
  • Assist in monthly reporting and leadership presentations.
  • Become proficient in NIQ solutions, systems, data, and tools.

About You

  • Seasoned sales leader with experience leading remote teams across multiple markets.
  • Global commercial experience and understanding of cultural sensitivities.
  • Experienced in designing sales strategies and translating them into action plans.
  • Motivated to win, with awareness of NPI solution value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, syndicated data, and analytics.
  • Experience selling to retail and manufacturers.
  • Track record of developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Experience recruiting and developing high-performance teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Hunter mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements (up to 50%).
