As Regional Learning Consultant for Insights in Germany, you'll be the L&D expert responsible for driving learning and development excellence that grows client impact and revenue through strategic consultancy.
You'll be working remotely and can be based anywhere in Germany. We have an office in Berlin that has a regular presence from employees and there is an option for you to go to the office regularly if that is your preference.
Day to day tasks:
- Consult directly with clients as a thought partner within sales, sitting alongside account teams to win significant revenue opportunities, bringing learning experience and in-depth knowledge of the Insights proposition in accessible ways to the client.
- Coach, mentor and upskill sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and capabilities to deliver high-quality learning interventions aligned with Insights methodologies.
- Design and deliver high-quality client workshops, which not only retain consulting and facilitation expertise within the team but also showcase Insights’ strengths to clients.
- Through regular audits, feedback/community engagement, ensure upholding the highest standards of consultancy and facilitation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and contributing in real terms to revenue and profit.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that Sales, Product & Innovation, and Practitioner Communities initiatives are aligned to offer maximum value to our clients and foster an active practitioner network that engages with Insights’ tools and methodologies in meaningful ways.
- Be an expert learning consultant who can embody and role model the highest standards of performance as well as being an experienced thought partner to sales teams, where you'll use your knowledge in learning solutions with revenue objectives to enable winning significant revenue opportunities.
Other requirements:
- Fluent in German and English
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, quickly gaining trust & credibility
- Extensive experience in areas like Consultancy in Sales Pitches and Proposals, Learning Solution Design Support, Sales Team Capability Development, Client Learning Needs Assessment, Learning Solution Implementation, Ongoing Client Consultancy
