Full-Time Rental Sales Agent

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Advising national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
• Being an expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advising customers on all protection items and extras
• Managing our premium vehicle fleet whilst selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental
• Assisting with driving and valeting cars when required

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Sales Talent: Motivated, enjoy direct customer contact, natural sales talent
• Practical Experience: Valuable experience from sales, service, or tourism sectors, service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned roles
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, embodying friendly and helpful service
• Flexibility: Willing to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with an open flexibility approach to working hours
• Driver License: Valid US Driver’s license with a clean driving record
