Full-Time Resource & Planning Manager

As a Resource & Planning Manager, you will drive operational efficiency and strategic resource planning for product development, engineering, and technology teams. You will support resource allocation, governance, and optimization to align with business priorities and delivery timelines. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning & Resource, you will lead initiatives to improve workforce planning, streamline processes, and support business objectives through data-informed decision making.

1. Maintain accurate data reflecting all P&T resource alignment for a single source of truth.
2. Collaborate with key teams to ensure data integrity for data-driven decisions throughout P&T.
3. Partner with TA, Finance, and HR teams to oversee vacancy approval governance adhering to audit requirements.
4. Manage contingent labor requests with key 3rd parties.

Essential Skills:

• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience working with large, changing datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven stakeholder management experience (all levels).
• Proven governance and process management experience.
• Collaborative meeting management.
• Multiple priority management in a fast-paced environment.
