Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

As the public face of the company, the sales associate is responsible for dealing with customer questions about products and services. Maintain product knowledge.

Complaint handling is critical. Turn frustrated customers into happy ones, adhering to company policies, using empathy and tact.

Maintain the sales floor presentation, including products, signage, and displays.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour. Paid training with sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting customers, answering questions, improving engagement with merchandise, providing outstanding customer service.
2. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, balancing drawers.
3. Achieving established goals.
4. Directing customers to merchandise.
5. Increasing in-store sales.
6. Maintaining an orderly sales floor.
7. Introducing promotions and opportunities.
8. Cross-selling products.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma.
• Retail sales experience.
• Professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
